All types of service have a free initial consultation of up to 90 minutes to discuss requirements.
For baby naming – £100 booking fee – payable to secure the date.
Weddings, Civil Partnerships, & Renewals of Vows have a £150 booking fee, payable to secure the date.

Balance payable 1 month before the service.
Instalments available on request, but must be complete one full month before.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Once date is secured, I will then contact you 3 months before the service date, to start to construct the ceremony content. At this stage, a formal “Instruction to Act” form will be signed, committing the couple to payment if I have completed the work, and then the ceremony does not happen for any reason.
Any additional costs to be discussed and agreed at initial meeting. These may include travel if location is some way from my home, overnight stay if required (dependent on location and time of ceremony), cost of any accessories used for the service as agreed with the couple.
Cancellations of Ceremonies
Weddings, Civil Partnerships and Renewals of Vows:
I will refund deposit if event is over 6 months away. If it is less than 6 months, I will only refund the deposit if the date is rebooked by another couple.
Namings:
Any cancellation up to 1 month before, I will refund the deposit. Less than a month, deposit is payable.
